Deevabits
Deevabits distributes off-grid solar technology through a team of local entrepreneurs serving rural communities across Kenya. We innovated in our deal structure by providing a flat rate bridge loan that converted into a revenue participation agreement when certain conditions were met.
Warc Africa
Warc provides inputs, training, and market access to farmers, primarily maize growers in Northern Ghana. We provided debt to to fund operations through the next harvest season before they raised their next major equity round. Warc ultimately raised $7.5M in their Series B!
Be Girl
Be Girl is a product designer and distributor of menstrual undergarments for young women in Africa. We syndicated 1.5X the amount we invested, enabling Be Girl to fulfill a critical multi-million dollar order with the United Nations and change the course of their business.

We provide patient, catalytic capital for high-quality, early-growth social enterprises beginning to scale. In other words, we’re trudging with zebras through the “valley of death” of the innovator’s growth curve.
Consistent with this method, we utilize a wide variety of debt structures, including revenue-linked repayment, with a ticket size of $50,000 – 250,000 at competitive interest rates. We do not do grants or equity.
