Frequently Asked Questions
No, Miller Center does not provide grants, gifts, or donations to partners. However, social enterprises that have successfully completed our accelerator program can apply for investment funding through Miller Center Capital.
There are a number of different ways Miller Center engages with partners in order to create a meaningful value exchange. There are 3 primary types of partnerships:
- Strategic Partners provide funding and other resources to support Miller Center programs and Miller Center Capital, and collaborate with us to achieve greater impact around our common goals.
- Community Partners play an essential role in helping scalable social enterprises gain access to programs, resources, and investment opportunities. Our Community Partners include impact investors, entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs), or others in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Program Partners contribute complimentary technical knowledge/ expertise, technology, products/services, or human capital that builds the capacity of Miller Center, or the entrepreneurs we support, and grows our combined impact.
- Extraordinary value for money with your grantmaking and philanthropic investments
